Capturing/Archiving

In full HD resolution, we can record the proceedings of your event with single or multiple cameras. We can incorporate the main audio feed of the room into the recordings and provide you with either the raw footage or encoded into any format or resolution that you need. We also provide DVD authoring capabilities and the option to archive your footage at our facilities.

Program Feed / Webcast Creation

Many times, the tempo of slides on screen during a meeting doesn’t work as well when viewed as a video or online stream. We can create an immersive and attention-keeping video version of your event by capturing camera and graphics separately, then integrating them into a single, easily followed video event. This gives us the chance to add lower-third titling, hi-resolution version of on-site video presentations and clean ins and outs.

We can also edit for time, verbal flubs or statements that may be incorrect or inappropriate for the viewing audience.  Formatting can be for your specific internal server needs or created for popular online hosting services.

Additionally, we can capture audience reactions, backstage or behind-the-scenes events, or other happenings in and around your event, such as registration, break interactions, mingling, cocktail hours or off-site events. 

SHOW OPENER

Typically a fast-paced, 2-5 minute video piece designed to energize your audience and prepare them for the day’s events. We can create a dramatic, attention-grabbing video with just graphics and text or incorporating live video as well.

SIZZLE VIDEO

Usually a shorter, 30 second to 2 minute piece highlighting the coming proceedings of the day or highlights of the day’s speakers. This can be purely moving graphics and text or live video of the presenters themselves.

WALKUP/STINGERS

Very brief snippets of video designed to accompany and introduce a special guest, award winner or presenter as they make their way to the stage. Especially useful for events where a large number of people are presenting and bios would rather be seen than read from someone on stage.
