Project Synopsis
The Desmond Hotel & Conference Center is one of the premier privately owned Hotel and Conference Centers in the Great Valley, PA area. The Desmond chose IMS to perform the Design and Integration of major upgrades the 130 seat amphitheater and various presentation rooms in order to attract a higher end clientele and drive the conference center business.

130 Seat Amphitheatre System. IMS built the system with the capacity to maximize multiple uses – anything from high level executive and stock holder meetings to various discussion panels and even worship services. Ease of use for guest presenters is key, so IMS integrated multiple simple to operate touch panel interfaces for system control. The system contains integrated audio built to overcome the acoustical challenges of the room for audio conferencing,recording, & voice reinforcement. A custom lectern was crafted for professional presentations and a front projection system installed for multi-source video presentations. The system is built for expansion to execute video recording and live video teleconferencing broadcasts or Distance Learning applications.
