One way we encourage clients to care for their technological investment is by having preventative maintenance performed on a regular schedule. Preventative maintenance is essential to help prolong the life of most equipment. Additionally, potential problems and issues can be caught before they adversely affect equipment performance and ensure the system continues to run as intended, thereby avoiding costly downtime. Preventative maintenance is included with all of our service contracts and can also be performed on a time and material basis.

Our basic service contract offering that can help clients plan for and budget the cost of service labor.

Priority Care

Our most popular contract offering, this contract not only budgets the cost of service labor effectively, but additional service costs, such as some repairs and parts, are also covered under this agreement.

Complete Care

The most comprehensive coverage we offer. Complete Care covers your system, end-to-end, against any and all service issues that can arise. Under this agreement, all labor, equipment, and any additional potential support costs are covered. Complete Care also includes our state of the art remote access capability, ServiceNet, at no additional cost.

Service Level Agreement

For enterprise clients that have a number of systems to service, IMS offers custom-built labor agreements to cover labor and equipment as the organization’s needs and budget see fit.
