Meeting Backup & Support

For clients with high performance level or demanding meeting technologies, IMS offers on-site meeting support to setup and monitor the installed audiovisual and conferencing equipment. If a currently installed system is short of a specific technology need for a particular meeting, we can coordinate with our Event Staging department to set up and stage a room to meet the requirements of the meeting or event.
