A fully customized set was fabricated to accommodate the Penske Logistics Global Leadership Conference which featured special presenters for the two-hundred-person event. Highlights of the event included an appearance from the USA gold medal rowing team as well as Roger Penske.

Results

“Absolutely phenomenal job! Really! I put myself on the line going with IMS, a company we had not yet worked with to produce the biggest event of the year. I did this because of your excellent salesmanship, timeliness to quote, creative solutions that fit my budget and good follow-up with CAD drawings and other details. On-site, your team worked extra hard to work within tight set-up and tear down parameters. Okay, they were almost ridiculous, but you pushed yourself to make it work. Last minute changes, of which there were many, were handled with ease. You worked easily with one of our staff who called the show and adapted to the way we work. At times, IMS pitched in to help with tasks that were in no way A/V related (placing packets on tables and moving chairs). Those tasks did not go without notice. I think the best compliment you can receive is to just note that in the closing remarks by the President of the company, IMS was recognized as having provided a seamless presentation.
